The Faroe Islands are an archipelago located in the North Atlantic, between Iceland, Norway, and Scotland. The archipelago consists of 18 islands. FAERO is an art project created by David Karcenti that explores the dynamics between the inner and outer mental landscapes in a hybrid world of animism, photography, abstract painting, and poetry. The FAERO project presents 4 chapters of an ongoing artistic production that will eventually develop into 18 chapters.
